After a month, appointments to town halls continue. The CTRI spokesperson has just announced a change within Owendo town hall. “ By decree of the President of the Transition Head of State is appointed today special delegate, responsible for the management of the commune of Owendo, Police Division General Arnaud Sandry Nombo », Indicates press release no. 14 of the CTRI.
Indeed, General Arnaud Sandry Nombo will replace Jeanne Mbagou who has been at the head of this town hall for 12 years in Gabon. The latter at the head of Owendo town hall in 2011 under the banner of the Gabonese Democratic Party (PDG).
The new mayor will therefore be assisted by squadron leader Melinda Staline Cynthia Djelekissa. The latter will serve as financial director.
