Placed under the authority of the Head of the Civil Status – Citizenship service, and within a team of 9 agents, you are responsible for general affairs and reception manager within the town hall Annex located at the meadow.
MISSIONS
– Welcome, inform and inform users (physical and telephone) on all questions relating to the Civil Status – Citizenship service,
– Investigate identity document request files (CNI and passports), ensure the follow-up of requests in connection with the various interlocutors (ANTS and prefecture),
– Investigate the files relating to the various administrative procedures: reception certificate, military census, signature legalization, registration on the electoral rolls, civil status information-),
– Update the display or communication media present at the annexed town hall and ensure that the displays are kept in good condition
