Radev. We need to expand our spectrum both as diplomacy and to have capabilities to defend our sovereignty,” he added. Gen. Radev is of the opinion that statesmen should think in perspective and minimize the risk.
When asked whether he will play on two fronts – American or Russian, he answered: “Until recently I flew on a Russian plane, I graduated in America, but I am a Bulgarian general. My cause is Bulgaria”.
