He emphasized that special attention should be paid to the people who guard our border. In this regard, Gen. Radev stated that the problems in the ground forces are enormous. “Military personnel continue to leave, normal training is not conducted, they do not have normal conditions. The armed forces must be stabilized,” he said.
Gen. Radev noted that the role of statesmen is to think in perspective and do everything to minimize possible problems, and not to act after the fact, as has been the case so far.
