Jakarta Malay Festival Producer, Geisz Khalifado not agree about who is right about the existence of the presidential election agreement Prabowo Subianto and Anies Baswedan. Instead of fighting over who is right about the presidential election agreement, Geisz Chalifa encouraged the idea of Prabowo and Anies to compete.
“Hopefully this time, in the next presidential election, we can compete in arguing over ideas, not competing over who is right in the agreement. The agreement is still unseen to this day,” said Geisz Chalifa in the Adu Perspective discussion. detikcom and Total Politics, Wednesday (8/2/2026).
Arguing ideas according to Geisz Chalifa is more appropriate to be discussed and seen by the public. Geisz encouraged Prabowo and Anies to test ideas regarding Indonesia going forward.
“Just bringing the idea to the surface, I think it’s good. Where do you want Indonesia to go in the future? What do you want for the Indonesian people in the future? That’s better,” said Geisz Chalifa
“What is Anies’ thesis test like, Pak Prabowo’s thesis test is like. We will test it together,” he said.
The chairman of the W Sumatra Gerindra Party DPD and Member of the Gerindra Party Advisory Board, Andre Rosiade, previously revealed that the general chairman of the Gerindra Party, Prabowo Subianto, ordered his cadres not to bring up the presidential election agreement with Anies Baswedan. This is because the agreement is for internal consumption by the Gerindra Party.
“First, we from the Gerindra Party have been instructed by Pak Prabowo not to bring up past good deeds,” said Andre Rosiade in the same discussion.
“So, as confirmed by the chairman of the Gerindra Party, Bang Sufmi Dasco, the agreement is internal consumption,” he added.
