Geiner Alvarado will present a guardianship of rights

Humberto Abanto, lawyer for the former Minister of Housing Geiner Alvaradoannounced that he will file a guardianship of rights, after the Power of attorney order the preventive detention of his sponsor for a period of 36 monthswithin the framework of the investigation that is being followed for being part of an alleged criminal organization.

Interior Minister denied mistreatment in detention
