Actress Gehana Vasisth, who made headlines last month after businessman Raj Kundra was arrested in a porn racket for which Vasisth was jailed earlier this year, recently uploaded her Instagram account to prove a point about porn.
In her live video, Gehana, who is currently on bail in the porn case, claimed that she was naked and did not have a single piece of cloth on her. During the session, Gehana kept repeating that she was not wearing any clothes and asked social media users if they considered it to be pornographic. Then she asked viewers why some of her other videos, where she wears clothes, were tagged as porn.
In the video, Gehana is seen lying face down on a bed with her hair covering her assets. With the exception of a close-up of Gehana’s face, nothing untoward is visible in the video.

The court kept the case on Friday for a new hearing and asked the police to file their response to Vasisth’s early bail application.
On July 29, a case registered at the Malvani Police Station, against Vasisth and three producers of the company of businessman and actor Shilpa Shetty’s husband, Raj Kundra, was handed over to the property cell of Mumbai Criminal Police.
Gehana Vashisht aka Vandana Tiwari, who is currently out on bail, was previously arrested in February 2021 in another pornography case. She was released on bail after four months.
Meanwhile, while investigating the porn film case, Mumbai Police found a cabinet hidden in the Viaan and JL Stream office of actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra in Andheri, in Mumbai, during searches.
Officials say forensic auditors have been appointed to investigate transactions in all accounts of those involved in the case.
Officials had also mentioned that actor Sherlyn Chopra was called to give a statement as a witness in the case.
According to sources, Raj Kundra will soon be faced with money laundering and foreign exchange management law (FEMA) cases against him, as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is likely to register cases in under these laws against him.
Kundra, 45, was arrested by Mumbai police late July 19 along with 11 others on charges relating to the alleged creation of pornographic films and has been taken into custody until July 23.
Currently, the case concerns the alleged creation of pornographic films and their publication through certain applications.
Kundra has been named as the main conspirator by Mumbai Police who brought charges against him under Articles 420 (cheating), 34 (common intent), 292 and 293 (related to obscene and indecent advertisements and displays) of the Code. Indian Criminal Code (IPC) in addition to the relevant sections of the Computing Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.
