Dubai: The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) is conducting a public opinion survey to assess operational excellence and improve services.
The survey will provide an opportunity for people to share their experiences and opinions on the services and procedures provided by GDRFA-Dubai.This aims to ensure customer satisfaction and make things more efficient.
Officials said the personal information provided by the survey participants will be kept confidential. GDRFA stated that the public can participate in the survey and give their comments in a few minutes through an online link in English and Arabic
GDRFA-Dubai plans to become a leading organization by analyzing the data obtained from the survey and rectifying the shortcomings pointed out by the people.
