Investigation born from the helicopter –
It is the epilogue of the investigations conducted by the Economic-Financial Police Unit of Brescia following the identification, in the Brescia area, of a helicopter registered in Russia for which customs formalities had not been fulfilled and which led to the discovery of an alleged case of fictitious residence abroad. In particular, the architect Lanfranco Cirillo is under investigation because he would not have declared income for tens of millions of euros for the years from 2013 to 2019 (we are talking about 50 million), while maintaining in Italy the center of his family, emotional and economic and patrimonial. The investigators also ascertained an unjustified patrimonial capacity by the declared income and which led today to the issue of the seizure for the sum of 141 million euros.
