“The lawsuit of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Moscow LLC against Alla Borisovna Pugacheva for the recovery of payment for living space and utility bills, heat and electricity was registered by the court,” the source told RIA Novosti, familiar with the situation. The case will be considered by the World Judicial Section of the Troitsky District in Moscow.
According to the agency, the date for the consideration of the claim has not yet been set. At the same time, the court itself failed to inform RIA Novosti about the amount of the debt.
Earlier, in May, the Tverskoy District Court of the capital registered a lawsuit against Alla Pugacheva for non-payment of a plot of land in the Moscow region. The amount was more than 51 thousand rubles.
