For the semi-annual magazine A Table, a file is devoted to the renewal of Moselle wines. Former great vineyard boosted by the Champagne houses under annexation, the Moselle terroir is in the process of reconquest since it won the AOC in 2011.

Carried by a generation of dynamic winegrowers, this vineyard with a troubled history never ceases to amaze. Sommelier of the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Quai des saveurs in Hagondange since 2016, after being the manager of the Food Store in Metz and the Concorde in Thionville, Thomas Vimbert, 41, often advises his customers.
