Gasoline still falling, lowest level since February. Highway surcharge rises

On the eve of the last great summer exodus, fuel prices at the pump continue to fall, while the international price of gasoline marks its third consecutive increase and that of diesel fuel instead returns to a slight decline.
The national average price of gasoline is at its lowest level since February 5, that of diesel since June 18.
Staffetta quotidiano states this, adding that prices at motorway service stations are currently on average higher than those on the ordinary network by about nine cents per litre on self-service petrol and almost eleven cents on diesel. The differential is more than double on the serviced area: petrol on the motorway costs on average 21.4 cents more than those on the ordinary network, diesel 23.7 cents more. This means that for a full tank of 80 litres of diesel you spend on average almost 19 euros more on the motorway.

Making the difference between the price in served mode on the motorway and the self-service on the ordinary network, the difference on petrol is as much as 36 cents per litre: for a full tank of 80 litres the surcharge on the motorway rises to almost 29 euros. According to the usual survey by Staffetta Quotidiana, Tamoil has reduced the recommended prices of petrol and diesel by one cent per litre.
These are the average prices charged communicated by the operators to the Price Observatory of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy and processed by Staffetta, recorded at 8 yesterday morning on approximately 18 thousand facilities: self-service petrol at 1.832 euro/litre (-2 thousandths, companies 1.836, white pumps 1.824), self-service diesel at 1.711 euro/litre (-3, companies 1.716, white pumps 1.702). Self-service petrol at 1.976 euro/litre (-2, companies 2.017, white pumps 1.895), self-service diesel at 1.856 euro/litre (-3, companies 1.898, white pumps 1.772). LPG served at 0.714 euro/litre (unchanged, companies 0.723, white pumps 0.703), methane served at 1.331 euro/kg (+1, companies 1.343, white pumps 1.321), LNG 1.228 euro/kg (-1, companies 1.231 euro/kg, white pumps 1.226 euro/kg).
These are the prices on the motorways: self-service petrol 1.925 euro/litre (served 2.192), self-service diesel 1.819 euro/litre (served 2.092), LPG 0.856 euro/litre, methane 1.453 euro/kg, LNG 1.284 euro/kg.
