Gas leaks, NASA cancels the start of the lunar rocket once again

On Saturday (9/3) the new moon rocket from the United States Aeronautics and Room Administration (NASA) suffered one more fuel leak. As a consequence, a second start try to send an unmanned capsule into lunar orbit was canceled.

The 1st endeavor before this 7 days was canceled owing to a hydrogen leak. The 2nd leak occurred in a further aspect of the 98-meter-large rocket. The rocket is the most powerful that NASA has ever created.

There is still no information on when NASA will attempt to launch it yet again.

The no-start period of time will start off for two weeks after Tuesday (6/9).

To repair the fuel leak, it may be important to take the rocket from the launch pad to the hangar and hold off start until finally October.

NASA needs to ship the capsule made up of the model aboard a rocket and orbit the moon, just before sending the astronaut on the next flight. If the 5-week journey on the mannequin is profitable, astronauts could circle the moon in 2024 and land on its floor in 2025. The final time astronauts walked the moon was 50 yrs ago. [vm/ft]
