JABARNEWS | Bandung – The Garut District Health Office (Dinkes) reminds parents that it is important to fully immunize their children in order to avoid diphtheria transmission.
Garut District Health Office secretary Leli Yuliani said immunization for children is important to maintain health and to prevent diseases such as diphtheria.
According to him, if a child does not get immunized, it is feared that when bacteria or viruses come, the child will not be strong and then get sick because his body’s resilience is weak.
“We from the Health Service appeal to the public that the first thing is to complete the immunization status of our children,” said Leli in a press release in Garut, Friday (25/2/2023).
“Check the immunization status because if it is not complete one day the bacteria or viruses are around us, then they will be easily infected,” he added.
