Earthquake magnitude (M) 6.4 shook on closing arrow root, West Java. The earthquake was felt strongly in Bogor Regency.
In Ciomas, Bogor Regency, residents left their homes on Saturday afternoon (3/12/2022) after feeling the earthquake.
detikcom felt the earthquake shaking for about 2 or 3 seconds. The water in the glass on the table shook.
“Earthquake!” cried the residents of the settlements.
Settlement residents are leaving their homes to inform their neighbors. After the earthquake subsided, the residents returned to their homes.
Even in Cibinong, Bogor regency, the earthquake was felt slightly, although not too strong.
BMKG said the M 6.4 earthquake shook at 16.40.41 WIB. The depth of the epicenter is at a location of 118 km. The location of the epicenter was 52km SW of Garut Regency. The earthquake does not have the potential for a tsunami.
