“Garuda Indonesia’s Online Travel Fair: Up to 80% Discount on Domestic and International Flights”

Garuda Indonesia again held an online travel fair, or called the Garuda Online Travel Fair (GOTF). The theme is the same, that is, they both sell tickets up to 80%.

So less than half a year, Garuda Indonesia has boosted ticket sales by holding two travel fairs. At this moment, the state-owned airline wants to attract travelers who are planning to have school holidays to further afield.

“The event this time will welcome the school holidays. Promotions are adaptive according to the needs of the community. It’s easier for all passengers,” said Garuda Indonesia’s Director of Services and Commerce, Ade R Susardi in his office, Monday (15/5/2023).

“Prices can be up to 80% what else is assisted by discounted discounts from partners,” he added.

Together with GOTF before going home yesterday, this time the travel fair also collaborated with two OTAs, namely Tiketcom and Traveloka. Travelers during this period can get cheap tickets to domestic and international routes flown by Garuda Indonesia.

“It’s been discussed when it goes up Garuda Indonesia it’s like coming back to hometown if you fly from abroad. On this occasion, GOTF presents cheap tickets for the Bajo, Denpasar, Sorong routes. Internationally there are Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Australia, Tokyo, Seoul and Amsterdam,” he explained.

Ada explained that the favorite destinations for travelers in the first GOTF phase in 2023 are Bali and Yogyakarta. However, compared to last year, after relaxation, the order rate at this travel fair has increased by more than half.

“It’s become the people’s favorite destination. But after this relaxation there will be a 70% increase compared to the previous year’s GOTF,” explained Ade.

“This year the frequency on each route has also been added more. The promo seat quota is 15,000 seats for this period,” he said.

Travelers can access it online through the official digital channel of the mobile apps application company “FlyGaruda”, Garuda Indonesia website, contact center, OTA Traveloka and tiket.com.
