The state-owned airline Garuda Indonesia is again holding a discount week flight ticket. Starting from 27 April-2 May 2021 Garuda Indonesia customers can get ticket discounts of up to 86%.
President Director of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Irfaniaputra said discount tickets that can be ordered are for flights from 18 May 2021 to 31 March 2022.
“We open this for the travel period of May 18, 2021 to March 31, 2022. We have determined that this trip period is in accordance with the direction not to carry out homecoming activities for May 6-17,” explained Irfan in a virtual press conference, Monday (26/4/2021) .
Irfan explained that Garuda Indonesia offers a discount flight ticket on various domestic tourist routes. For example, to Bali, Yogyakarta, Labuan Bajo, to Banyuwangi.
“We present the best offer from Garuda by providing 86% discount for a number of leading domestic tourist routes. Garuda will support and maximize it for leading destinations such as Denpasar, Labuan Bajo, Yogyakarta, Lombok, Banyuwangi, “said Irfan.
The discount can be obtained through official Garuda Indonesia digital channels such as the Fly Garuda application, or via the GOTF microsite www.garuda-indonesia.com/gotf-bni. Access to this ticket discount will be opened at 00.00 WIB tonight.
Garuda Indonesia Commercial and Cargo Director Mohammad Rizal Pahlevi gave an example of several prices flight ticket already discounted. For example, the Jakarta Medan route, which normally can reach Rp. 3 million this time, is only in the range of Rp. 1 million.
There is also a Jakarta-Yogyakarta route, the ticket costs only IDR 890 thousand, Jakarta-Lombok costs IDR 940 thousand, to Jakarta-Surabaya IDR 740 thousand.
“Certainly, we offer some of our favorite routes, for example Jakarta-Medan, the return of Rp. 1.1 million is an extraordinary price. Normal conditions can be above Rp. 3 million,” said Rizal.
