“After refusing to certify an inter-community PLU, the law requires us to review the two existing PLUs, dating back to 2014 for the one at Saint-Jean-des-Mauvrets and 2019 for Juigné-sur-Loire,” the mayor, Jean-Christophe Arluison, pointed out at the town council, Monday 29 April.

“The life of PLU is about ten years, we must do the work for a PLU that is unique to the region, working no later than August 2028, no later than the end of this mandate, following the election. “Before launching the bidding process, explained by Jean-Christophe Arluison, we need to make specifications including all the elements that affect the PLU. We will enter into a contract with the CAUE and sign an agreement to produce the specifications with the aim of starting this research work at the end of 2024.”
