Jean-Marie Machado & Keyvan Chemirani Concert – Friday September 13 – Aramon
As part of the 3rd edition of Émergences Festival de l’Eau, come and discover La Saga des Vagues, a Jazz World concert by Jean-Marie Machado & Keyvan Chemirani. Jean-Marie Machado, pianist, composer inhabited by the spirit of improvisation and creation known for his multiple collaborations and a high-flying discography returns with a new ambitious project. In this new formation with Keyvan Chemirani, percussionist, master of the zarb (Iranian percussion), they engage in a dialogue in half-voices, sometimes in unison, sometimes interweaving their conversations. Two artists for a multitude of instruments, zarb, bells and different kinds of metals, daf, custom-made drums, darbouka, udu… and piano, of course!

The small Gard commune of Uchaud is organising its first theatre festival through the Coup de théâtre association, made up of ten amateur actors. The headliner is Le daron est mon coloc, a play presented this year at the Avignon Festival by JohnJohn and Lorenzo Théodore. The multicultural municipal hall in Uchaud will therefore host seven plays over six dates at the beginning of September.

French Auto Slalom Cup Final – Friday 13th to Sunday 15th September – Beaucaire
From Friday 13 to Sunday 15 September “Coupe de France des slaloms auto – finale” at the Champ de Foire in Beaucaire. For 3 days, 120 to 140 drivers will compete. The drivers, who come from all over France, will spend 3 to 4 days in Beaucaire, where each league will have a stand to present its region. The car slalom, a speed and handling test on a 1,250m course, will take place five times.
