The nieces of the poet Federico García Lorca have decided to put their famous summer house up for sale in the Malaga town of Nerja. The house has 300 m2, an orchard of another 1,300 m2 and is very close to the famous Balcón de Europa, with incredible views of the sea. It is for sale for three million euros at idealista.
The author of works such as ‘Blood Wedding’ spent some summers in this house in the 1920s and 1930s. It is over 100 years old and the family has managed to keep it with its original characteristics, with its antiques.
It has two floors and a terrace of 200 m2. The views of the house are beautiful: to the sea, on one side the Balcón de Europa and on the other side the cliffs that go towards Maro-Cerro Gordo. In total, it has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, but given the size of the plot it is possible to build one more house.
