Garage Fire in Domérat-Montluçon: Firefighters Contain Blaze, Occupants Sent to Hospital

The garage of a house caught fire, this Tuesday, August 1, around 7 p.m., rue des Martinets, between Domérat and Montluçon, for reasons still undetermined. The intervention of firefighters from the Montluçon and Huriel emergency centers made it possible to contain the fire in the rear part of the building.

The occupants of the house, inconvenienced by the smoke from the disaster, were transported to the Montluçon hospital center as a precaution.

One of the owners had actually inhaled smoke while driving out his two vintage vehicles. Two other so-called “current” cars burned while a third was spared.
