Volunteer group named Ganjarist (Pranowo reward Towards Indonesia Satu) declared himself to support the Governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo running as a presidential candidate (candidate) in 2024. Ganjarist agreed that Ganjar was the best figure who could replace President JOk Widodo (Jokowi), whose term of office is completed 3 more years.
“We agreed to carry Pak Ganjar Pranowo as one of the nation’s best sons who are approximately the most compatible who can continue what Pak Jokowi has been doing. This is the time that means there must be a better candidate. fresh, have more capabilities that are more or less compatible with Pak Jokowi,” said Ganjarist General Chair, Mazdjo Pray, at a press conference at Neo+ Hotel, South Jakarta, Tuesday (1/6/2021).
This declaration was attended by around 15 core Ganjarist administrators. Meanwhile, Ganjarist deliberately chose June 1, 2021 because it coincided with the Birthday of Pancasila.
Mazdjo emphasized that Ganjarist was formed not at Ganjar’s request, but at the initiative of the volunteers. According to him, it is impossible for Ganjar to form a supporting volunteer group given the recent political turmoil.
“We formed this Ganjarist not at Pak Ganjar’s request. But we encourage moral, kind politics. We will help expose the results of Pak Ganjar’s work, creativity in Central Java to the entire archipelago, more or less like that. Not an instruction, “he explained.
“Mr. Ganjar maybe thinking Also, with yesterday’s situation, he wouldn’t do that either. And we’ve never heard of Pak Ganjar asking A, B, to be a volunteer, never,” continued Mazdjo.
In addition, said Mazdjo, Ganjarist has never communicated with Ganjar directly. Only, his party is confident that Ganjar is aware of Ganjarist’s presence.
“We haven’t really gotten that far. The point is that it’s a movement that we invite friends to support Pak Ganjar, not asking to support Pak Ganjar. It means that we are here first. If later Pak Ganjar finds out, thank God. there is a problem. There has never been direct communication,” he explained.
