Bobby was able to go to the 2nd floor when Ganjar was discussing with senior politician Panda Nababan, DPD Chairperson Djarot Syaiful Hidayat, PDIP DPP Chair Yasonna Laoly to Deputy Chairperson of Commission II DPR RI Junimart Girsang. Bobby was seen shaking hands with cadres in the DPD.
It is known that Ganjar and Bobby were also in a car together. When heading to the Unimed Multipurpose Gymnasium, Ganjar was seen getting out of the car, Bobby was also seen beside Ganjar.
From monitoring, Ganjar was invited to take pictures by a number of parties. Ganjar then disciplined the volunteers there for causing traffic jams. He reminded supporters around to shift.

He then visited the North Sumatra PDIP Ganjar Winning House, at Jalan Sei Serayu Number 52. He also visited the Juang Headquarters at Jalan Sei Batang Hari, Medan.
