Ganjar Absorbs Pro-Jokowi Support, Anies from the opposite camp

Survey institute LSI Denny JA released the latest survey regarding the map of support for potential 2024 presidential candidates. As a result, the Governor of Central Java reward Pranowo is increasingly absorbing support from pro-Jokowi groups, while the former Governor of DKI Anies Baswedan absorbed votes from those who were dissatisfied with Jokowi.

The survey was conducted during the January 2023 period. The survey was conducted using the multistage random sampling method.

This survey involved 1,200 respondents who were interviewed face to face using a questionnaire. This survey is claimed with a margin of error of +- 2.9%.

Recent survey LSI This Denny JA shows that there are contradictory differences between groups that support Ganjar and Anies. The reason is, Ganjar continues to absorb votes from groups who are satisfied with Jokowi’s performance.

In June 2022, support from pro-Jokowi to Ganjar was 27.4%, in September 2022 it was 32%, and in January 2023 it was 38.2%.

Meanwhile, Anies is increasingly absorbing votes from groups who choose to be dissatisfied with Jokowi’s performance. Support from this dissatisfied group for Anies is 29.7% in June 2022, 35.6% in September 2022, 40.1% in January 2023.

This survey also shows that Ganjar has the most excellent electability of the 65.4% of respondents who chose to be satisfied with Jokowi’s performance. While the Minister of Defense (Menhan) Prabowo Subianto is in second place, Anies Baswedan is third.

Meanwhile, Anies Baswedan received the highest electability of the 30.8% of respondents who voted dissatisfied with Jokowi’s performance. Prabowo followed, and Ganjar last.
