The National Civil Police (PNC) reported the arrest of two gang members from 18 for the crimes committed against 3 victims.
These are José Oswaldo Moreno Linares, alias Fénix, and Kevin Ernesto Orellana Melara, alias Cara de Iguana, who had an order from the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic.
According to the reported investigations, these gang members are responsible for committing the crime of proposition and conspiracy to commit aggravated homicide on 3 victims.
