Game Rules “Wireless Headphones x OTL Contest – Twitter NintendoStoreEN” | News

The Nintendo France company is organizing a game entitled ““Wireless Headphones x OTL Contest – Twitter NintendoStoreFR”, the rules of which can be seen below.

1. Nintendo France (the “Organizer”), a limited liability company with a capital of 10,000,000 euros registered with the RCS of Pontoise under number 389 905 761, whose registered office is located at 20 avenue André Prothin, Tour Europlaza, 92400 Courbevoie is organizing a game entitled “Wireless Headphones x OTL Competition – Twitter NintendoStoreFR” over the period from February 17 to February 24, 2023 inclusive (hereinafter “the Game”).

2. The Game is open exclusively to persons residing in mainland France, excluding employees of the Organizer and its affiliated companies as well as members of their families, agencies and any person who participated in the organization of the promotion, their employees and members of their families. The participant authorizes all verifications concerning his identity. The participation of minors in the Game is subject to parental authorization. The Organizer reserves the right to verify this authorization at all stages of the Game.

3. The Game will be announced on the official My Nintendo Store France Twitter account: https://twitter.com/NintendoStoreFR and on the nintendo.fr website.

4. To participate, participants must go to the Twitter account https://twitter.com/NintendoStoreFR where is the publication announcing the Game.

The participant must share the Twitter post (“retweet”) with the “retweet” button and follow the accounts (“follow”) @NintendoStoreFR and @OTLTechnologies no later than the last day of the Game at 11:59 p.m.

No other means of participation will be accepted. Any entry that is incomplete or does not comply with these rules cannot be taken into account and cannot be the subject of any complaint.
In the event of an attempt or proven fraud, Nintendo France reserves the right to disqualify any participant.

5. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entry from multiple Twitter or other accounts is prohibited.

6. A draw will be made among the participants who have complied with all the conditions, in order to designate 4 winners.

The winners will be contacted via Twitter private message by Nintendo Store France, in the week following the draw. They must respond to the Organizer within 5 days to confirm their contact details (surname, first name, postal address, telephone number) to which they wish the prize to be sent to them. Failing this, the winners will be considered as having renounced their prize.

7. Each winner receives:
• One (1) pair of wireless headphones from OTL Technologies

The prize will be sent to the postal address provided by the winner by private Twitter message.
Winners will not be able to exchange their prize for another prize or for their cash value; the prize is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

8. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, suspend or modify the Game in the event of a fortuitous event beyond its control; its responsibility cannot be engaged for this fact.

In the event of unavailability of the prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to replace them with prizes of an equivalent nature and value, without its liability being incurred as a result.

9. Participation implies in particular knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, social networks and in particular the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or hacking, or the risk of contamination by other data. possible viruses present on the network.

The Organizer declines all responsibility in the event of misuse or incident related to the use of Internet access, the telephone line, social networks (examples: Youtube, Facebook, Twitter) or any other technical connection.

10. No telephone request relating to the terms of the Game or the interpretation of these rules will be answered.

Any dispute concerning the interpretation and/or cases not provided for in these rules will be settled by the Organiser, whose decisions will be final and without appeal. No dispute or claim will be taken into consideration after a period of one (1) month following the closing date of the Game.

11. The Game as well as its rules and conditions are governed by French law.

12. By participating in the Game, participants automatically accept these rules. In the event of inconsistency, these rules prevail over all documents (including advertising) relating to the Game.
These rules can be consulted on the website www.nintendo.fr.

13. Personal data concerning the participant is processed for the purpose of organizing the Game and is intended for the Organiser’s marketing department as well as third-party service providers acting as subcontractors to which the Organizer may resort to for the purposes of the processing. This processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Organiser, which consist in particular of managing the participant’s registration and participation in the Game, and of contacting the winners. The data will be kept for one year from the end of the Game. The data to be sent to the Organizer is mandatory. In the absence of communication of this information, participation cannot be accepted.

In accordance with the law “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, the participant has a right of access, rectification, deletion and portability of information concerning him, as well as a right to oppose or request the limitation of processing, under the conditions and limits provided for by the regulations. These rights can be exercised by contacting the Organiser, at the address indicated at the beginning of these rules, or by e-mail to [email protected]. In the event of exercise of the right of opposition before the end of the Game, the participant waives his participation. The participant has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

In accordance with article 40-1-II of the law “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6, 1978, as amended, the participant may send the Organizer special directives relating to the fate of his personal data after his death.
