As here, the film and cinema industry in South Korea has been hit hard by the corona pandemic. The cinema halls are empty, but the largest cinema chain in Korea is now trying to compensate for the losses with gamers and renting their screens for gaming. According to a report by the BBC, the offer has been well received.
No wonder, the halls are equipped with professional picture and sound technology. All the gamers have to bring with them are their consoles, controllers & games. Then a maximum of four people can rent a cinema and play their favorite games on the big screen. But the fun is not cheap, before 6 p.m. you have to pay the equivalent of 75 euros for two hours and in the evening the price increases to around 110 euros.

“Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury”, an expanded version of the original released in 2013 for the Wii U for the Nintendo Switch. The journey leads to fairy land and around 100 entertaining levels are about freeing the Sprixie queens. In addition to the main game, there is another highlight – the expansion “Bowser’s Fury”. It’s a small, standalone open world game. Overall, the game is really fun and Mario fans will not be disappointed, but anyone who has already played the Wii U version can skip this Mario adventure.
