Not even three months since the launch of the Galaxy S23 Series 5G, rumors about its successor have been popping up one by one on the internet. Recently, a report from leaker Revegnus revealed a massive improvement in the camera department of the Galaxy S24 series.
Quoted from SlashGear (15/4), Revegnus took to Twitter to share interesting details about the Galaxy S24 series. According to him, the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus smartphones will continue to use Samsung’s 50MP ISOCELL GN3 sensor, which is also present in the Galaxy S23 series.
Starting with the change in telephoto settings, it is rumored that the Galaxy S24 Ultra will replace the 3x telephoto camera and 10x periscope which are separate with one camera.
The replacement telephoto camera will work at 3x and 10x zoom levels per leak. Newer telephoto cameras may also feature “variable” zoom. If true, the phone has the potential to have a moving lens system, which is very rare in the smartphone world.
