As in previous years, this year’s flagship smartphones from Samsung are to be powered by a pair of chipsets – in some markets the Galaxy S22 series is to arrive with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset from Qualcomm, in others with its own chipset Exynos 2200. Its premiere was scheduled for today but
Exynos 2200 premiere postponed indefinitely
Samsung boasted on the upcoming unveiling of the Exynos 2200 chipset on social networks, it even had a special ministry site.
Instead of the ceremonial premiere, however, the invitations and the mentioned page were deleted. Samsung thus makes a dead beetle and pretends that no Exynos today should be introduced. According to the informant Ice Universe the premiere was postponed indefinitely. The same fate befell the upcoming Exynos 1200 chipset, which was originally planned for last November, but has not yet seen the light of day.
Samsung postponed the release of Exynos2200. Since last year, the release of Samsung exynos has not been smooth. In fact, the Exynos 1200 was originally planned in November, but it was cancelled halfway. It seems that many things happen inside Samsung LSI, but not a good thing.

It is speculated that Samsung has production problems, which causes much of the production to end up in the trash. In addition, the Exynos 2200 is reportedly struggling with great overheating. Whatever the truth, the postponed premiere could jeopardize the very launch of the Galaxy S22 series. If the problems are not resolved in the short term, the Galaxy S22 series smartphones may initially go on sale only with Qualcomm processors, but the question is whether Samsung will have enough.
