According to leaker Jon Prosser, the Galaxy S21 FE will finally be unveiled and will start the year 2022, specifically on January 4th. On his Twitter account, the well-known leaker advances that the revelation will be in the form of an Unpacked event and that the terminal will be available on January 11th of next year, without a pre-order period.
After successive delays, it seems that this is the time that Samsung will finally unveil the terminal. Previous news pointed out that the smartphone would be presented at CES 2022, but apparently Samsung will anticipate the event in Las Vegas that this year takes place between the 5th and 8th of January next year.
Specs we’re looking forward to seeing on the most-overlooked Samsung smartphone ever
However, other leaks of information have also made known some of the main specifications of this smartphone from Samsung. So the Galaxy S21 FE is expected to be equipped with Exynos 2100 or Snapdragon 888 processor, depending on the region.
The 6.4-inch screen will be AMOLED with an FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The model will be available in two versions: one with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage and a second with 8GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory.
The Galaxy S21 FE will also be equipped with a 4370 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
Keep in mind that leaker Jon Prosser has previously revealed that the top-of-the-range Galaxy S22 will be unveiled on February 8th, also at an Unpacked event, and that pre-orders for the model start on the exact same day.
