After the Ordinary Financial General Assembly held in Galatasaray on March 26, Burak Elmas and his management were not released from the administrative point of view and the community entered the election process.
According to the news of Ajansspor, the election, which was first taken as a precaution and then abolished after the acquittal decision, was finally cancelled.
After the lawsuit filed by Galatasaray Club Member Fırat Develioğlu, the election was precautionary. Afterwards, the precautionary measure was lifted at the hearing held on April 22. The case was heard in the appellate court today. The first information is that the court of appeal has decided to suspend the election.
After Fırat Develioğlu, Chairman Burak Elmas and members of the board of directors also filed a lawsuit regarding the cancellation of the General Assembly. The Galatasaray community, who thought that the election was in danger, was told that this case was only against the decision not to be released, and that the election would not be affected by the outcome of the case.
