Galatasaray Club Member Files Criminal Complaint Against Chairman of Central Arbitration Board (MHK)

Fırat Develioğlu, a member of Galatasaray Club, filed a criminal complaint against the Chairman of the Central Arbitration Board (MHK), Lale Orta.

Develioglu, “I have filed a criminal complaint against the person named Lale Orta to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, as I felt necessary. If he is guilty, he will be punished.” said.

Eser Çömlekçioğlu, lawyer of Fırat Develioğlu, made the following statement regarding the criminal complaint:

“My client, Fırat Develioğlu, is entitled to the right of MHK President Lale Orta and her close circle, which has come to the fore in the public and football community, in order to protect the pure interests of Galatasaray and Turkish football in accordance with the Turkish Penal Code and other relevant legislation, in order for the facts to come to light and for a clean understanding of football to prevail. As a member of the Club, he filed a criminal complaint against the relevant persons. All necessary information has been conveyed to the prosecutor’s office in order to carry out a sound investigation in terms of the authority of the judicial investigation.”
