Mexican actress Gala Montes has known how to find strength and maturity in the most difficult trials of life, especially with the example of his mother.
Crista, the woman who gave her life has twice surpassed the breast cancer, which motivated her daughter to be an activist in favor of the detection and care of this condition.
From this experience, says Gala, she learned to value more moments with her loved ones, especially her mother, and to make her family feel happy and proud.
“He taught me more, because today I live life next to my mother in a different way,” he acknowledges.
Since he was six years old, he has worked in melodramas and series, also stands out for his influence on social networks, where he has more than two million followers, and as a singer.
The actress plays a young woman who learns of heartbreak in the telenovela “La mexicana y el güero”. Not only that, she also interprets the theme “The Opportunity”, whose goal, she says, is to empower women.
“When I was little I used to meet friends who have lived with this stereotype that they have to grow up and get married, find the love of their life to get ahead. It is a ridiculous social stereotype, but I believe that my work with all my followers is to empower them, that they do not feel more or less women with or without a man ”, she assures.
Her new single tells the story of a woman who learns to overcome a heartbreak and finds her own love.
“The company of a man is wonderful, but alone we can do great things and I am a clear example because my mother is a single mother and she achieved many things despite adversity and here I am following in her footsteps,” he adds.

Gala declares herself a feminist and for this reason she strongly disapproves of the conduct of her former partner Eleazar Gómez, who was removed from “La mexicana y el güero” after being accused of violence against her ex-partner.
“I respect and protect women above all else and things happen for a reason, he (Eleazar) is going to be a great example for many people of what should not be done and should not be allowed in this country, nor the union artistic or in a house, in an office, anywhere ”.
