Gaël Garreau appointed LREM referent in Eure-et-Loir

Gaël Garreau, leader of the list supported by LREM at the municipal elections in March 2020 in Chartres (beaten in the 1st round with 15.91%), has just been appointed by the movement of the presidential majority, interim referent (*) from LREM for Eure-et-Loir.

The new referent says he wants to “help defend and perpetuate the founding values ​​of the movement, progressivism and humanism”. He also undertakes to participate “in the economic development” of the territory and in “the improvement of the living environment”.

His priorities? “Go into contact with activists to maintain unity” and not be part of “a frontal, but constructive opposition. We will support good ideas.”

What is the passion of Gaël Garreau, LREM candidate for mayor of Chartres?

He succeeds Clémence Rouvier (LREM), candidate for the 2017 legislative elections in the constituency of Châteaudun, and referent to the movement for two years, from 2018 to 2020.

Gaël Garreau is also officially, since Monday May 18, municipal councilor of opposition in Chartres and community councilor of opposition in Chartres Métropole.
