“American goalkeeper Gabriel Slonina will play for KAS Eupen this season. FC Chelsea, where Slonina has been under contract for a year, have reached a loan agreement with the 19-year-old and KAS Eupen until the end of the 2023-2024 season.
Gabriel Slonina was born on May 15, 2004 in Addison (US state of Illinois) and is considered one of the greatest goalkeeper talents in the world. On August 4, 2021, he made his professional debut at the age of 17 with American Premier League club Chicago Fire, where he played 43 games in MLS until the end of 2022. In January 2023, he joined FC Chelsea, where he signed a contract last summer until 2028. At KAS Eupen, Gabriel Slonina, who on January 25 played his first international match with the United States national A team United, wants to acquire playing time in the Pro League.
