O Corinthians takes the sale of midfielder Gabriel Moscardo to Paris Saint-Germain for granted, but the French club adopts a different stance. Nasser al-Khelaifi, president of PSG, stated that it is necessary to wait for the surgery that the player will undergo.

Moscardo will undergo an operation on his left foot and is expected to be out of action for three months. It was agreed that the procedure will be carried out in Doha, Qatar, and recovery will take place in Corinthians. Only then will he present himself to PSG.

The transfer was closed at 20 million euros (around R$ 107.5 million at current prices), of which the Corinthians will be left with 18.5 million euros (approximately R$100 million). The club will still receive another 2 million euros if Moscardo meets targets.
At 18 years old, the young midfielder has a contract with Timão until 2026.
