Libreville, December 26, 2023 (AGP) – The President of the Transition, Brigadier General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema appointed, this Tuesday, December 26 in Libreville, Brigadier General Jean Claude Sipamio Berre to the post of Special Delegate of the town hall of ‘Akanda located north of the Gabonese capital, announces a press release from the CTRI made public by its spokesperson, Lieutenan-Colonel, Ulrich Manfoumbi Manfoumbi.
Akanda’s new Special Delegate replaces the former Mayor, Yvon Patrick Rombogouera.
This appointment comes after those of the special delegates of Libreville, Owendo, Port-Gentil, Lambaréné, Oyem, following the modification of the law on decentralization taken by the CTRI.
