The Minister of Foreign Affairs Mahamat Saleh Annadif, signed this Friday, June 30, 2023, with his Gabonese counterpart, Hermann Immongault, a memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening bilateral ties and promoting cooperation in various fields.
The Framework Agreement that was signed between Gabon and Chad strengthens bilateral ties and promotes cooperation in various fields. Through this Framework Agreement, the parties, in accordance with their respective national, regional and international legislation, undertake to strengthen and diversify bilateral relations. In particular, cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, investment, finance and banking, defense industry, agriculture, science and technology, education , information, sport, tourism, health and any other field of common interest.
The two ministers expressed their confidence in the positive impact of this cooperation on the economic and social development of the two countries, as well as on the consolidation of peace and stability in the region. ” This new partnership between Chad and Gabon opens up promising prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields.
