Gabigol shared a photo that sparked controversy among Flamengo fans
Flamengo’s birthday is celebrated on November 15th and, as such, the club is receiving tributes throughout this Wednesday (15th). The one who didn’t forget to congratulate Rubro-Negro was striker Gabigol. However, the publication of Fla’s current number 10 shirt generated controversy among fans on social media.
Looking to celebrate Flamengo’s birthday, Gabigol shared a photo created in November 2022, in which the striker appears alongside Zico. However, the controversy revolves around Galinho de Quintino’s serious appearance and the lack of titles in the hands of the club’s biggest idol. Fla’s current number 10 appears smiling and holding two Libertadores da América trophies.
Thus, sharing the image caused divergence between the red and black people. While Flamengo’s official Twitter and some fans praised the striker, other fans criticized the lack of titles in the hands of ‘Galinho’. ‘Post’ as “Zico has a World Cup” e “the World Cup was missed on Zico’s lap”were seen in the athlete’s publication.

GABIGOL IN FLAMENGO
At Flamengo since 2019, Gabigol is going through the worst season at the club. This is because, in addition to not having a good sequence of games, the athlete has numbers below expectations.
