G20 – Peskov said that the decision on Putin’s personal presence at the summit has not yet been made

Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for Russian President Vladimir Putin, said the Kremlin has not yet decided whether the Russian dictator will attend the G20 summit.

He confirmed that Russia had received an invitation to take part in Bali this year.

Peskov said the Kremlin would decide “at the right time” whether Putin would personally go to the Indonesian island.

Also Peskov notedthat the statements of European politicians, including Prime Minister Boris Johnson, will not affect the participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the G20 summit.

“Mr. Johnson allows a lot of different statements, statements – successful, less successful, completely unsuccessful and monstrous in their content,” he said.
