SAMARINDA.NIAGA.ASIA — The video of the kick of a man who turned out to be an aide to the Regent of West Kutai, FX Yapan, went viral on social media. West Kutai Kodim 0912 confirmed that the person concerned was a member of West Kutai Kodim 0912.
The aide’s actions were recorded on the resident’s cellphone camera for 3 minutes and 10 seconds. The incident occurred Wednesday 20 December 2023 afternoon.
The aide, known as Daniel, kicked twice in the video. He finally subsided after being divorced, among others, by the Regent of West Kutai, FX Yapan.
Lieutenant Colonel Czi Eko Handoyo confirmed that Daniel is a member of Kodim 0912 West Kutai, and has been an aide to the Regent of FX Yapan for the last two years.

Eko said that West Kutai Kodim 0912 had made mediation efforts and resolved the problem amicably. Even providing compensation to victims.
“Secondly, the leadership’s orders must also be in accordance with the laws that apply in the TNI. “No one is above the law, everyone is equal in the eyes of the law,” said Eko Suhandoyo, in his statement to niaga.asiaThursday 21 December 2023 evening.
Even though the latest developments are that Serka Daniel and the victim have reconciled, Eko invited people who have objections to report it to the Military Police.

“You are welcome, please (report). We are a country of laws, we are open. I have been coordinating this since last night as a family (to the West Kutai Police and the victim). “Thank God they (the victims) accepted it amicably,” Eko Handoyo concluded.

“Because the person concerned is not a civilian, not a member of the National Police, we coordinated and handed it over to the Kodim, because the person concerned is a member of the West Kutai Kodim 0912. “But the information I got is that the two parties have made peace,” said Heri Rusyaman.
