TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Chairman of the Branch Leadership Council of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (DPC PDIP) FX Hadi Rudyatmo held a press conference in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta on Wednesday, November 29 2023. 1. The reason Jokowi and PDIP parted ways
Rudy Jokowi parted ways with his party after Gibran Rakabuming Raka became Prabowo Subianto’s running mate. Gibran is Jokowi’s eldest son.

2. Say Gibran is no longer a PDIP cadre, Jokowi still is
Rudy stated that Gibran Rakabuming Raka is no longer a party cadre while Jokowi still is. He stated that Gibran was no longer a PDIP cadre after being confirmed as Prabowo Subianto’s running mate.
However, he was reluctant to confirm whether DPC PDIP The city of Solo has issued a letter revoking Gibran’s membership. Rudy also had no problem with Gibran’s steps in not returning his PDIP Membership Card (KTA).

3. Rudy Called Gibran Lying
Rudy also stated that Gibran Rakabuming Raka lied about the 17 priority scales in Solo at the moment. According to him, the development included in the 17 priority scales in Solo was not Gibran’s idea.
He stated that the development was funded entirely from the National Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) and state-owned company (BUMN) social responsibility funds. There are also those whose funds come from other countries.
The priority scale, according to Rudy, is the Mayor’s own idea which is outlined in the Regional Medium Term Development Plan or RPJMD, which is then discussed using the General Budget Policy or KUA and Temporary Budget Ceiling Priorities or PPAS.
“Become what is called a regional budget regulation. That’s just a priority scale,” he said.

4. Hurt by Iriana Jokowi’s statement
Rudy also stated that he was hurt by Iriana Jokowi’s statement that she felt insulted by being called a party officer to her husband. This incident is suspected to be the beginning of the Jokowi family’s separation from the PDIP.
Rudy said that party officers have the same meaning as people’s officers.
