Two years after the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, working from home two days a week has become the norm in companies. The ANDRH (National Association of Human Resources Directors) and the BCG published on March 11 the second edition of their survey on the future of work, conducted among 588 French HR professionals in February 2022, on their vision of the future of work. by 2025. Stabilization at 2 days a week
46% of respondents predict that their employees eligible for teleworking will spend 2 days a week there on average, which is not necessarily more than today. But 40% of them have opened, or are considering opening more telework positions. 39% predict that more than half of their employees will telecommute at least one day a week by 2025 (+8 points vs 2020). This figure rises to 65% in companies whose workforce is made up of more than 30% executives. All teleworking, 5 days a week, concerns only 1% of respondents.
