Benfica lost away to Quinta dos Lombos by 6-4 and not only failed to approach Sp. Braga in 2nd place as it was furthest from leader Sporting in the regular phase of the national futsal championship.
At halftime, the eagles were leading 3-0 with two goals from Jacaré and one from Chishkala, but had a disastrous second half.
At 30 minutes, the home team had already annulled the disadvantage with goals from Telmo Sousa, Kaká and Henrique Vicente.
