The Futsal club, which had around thirty licensees, has just merged with one of the flagship clubs in the Lyon region: AS Saint-Priest. A few months after its creation, AS Saint-Priest Futsal made a historic start to the season with a qualification in the 32nd final of the National Futsal Cup.

Basically, we are a small neighborhood club. All the players come from the same place. We were playing among ourselves and in the end everything went very quickly. ”

The association between his two clubs is a real success and does not seem ready to end anytime soon. The ambition is to move up in the years to come at the regional level and why not establish himself as one of the figures in futsal in the region. « The objective of this merger was to structure itself in particular from an administrative point of view. We also want to develop futsal among young people. We want to create a real futsal club and for that we had to work with AS Saint-Priest which is the best club in the region behind OL, we can’t do better. ”
