A single goal from Alan Brandi was enough for Argentina to lift the Copa America trophy for the third time in their history, after the 2003 and 2015 editions.
After the Copa America in football, the Albiceleste does it again in futsal. The foals of Matías Lucuix took the advantage at the scoreboard already in the 18th minute of play. The score did not change until the end of the game, with Nicolás Sarmiento very present in the goals exactly as in the semi- final against Brazil. We must also point out the fine defensive presence of Maximiliano Rescia who did everything to prevent the equalizer, especially in the second period.
