The hills area is divided into 3 hills of varying heights, between which the waterway (river) is created.

The hills consist of terraces, starting from the edge of the river and ending at the top of the hill.

The first hill, “Tallat al-Wadi wa al-Kasbah,” includes a pedestrian bridge, a cafeteria, and a waterfall.

The excavation hill includes an outdoor theatre, pedestrian paths, a children’s play area and green areas.

Heritage Gardens Hill has terraces and a wooden space overlooking the lake.

The project includes the cultural area, and is located opposite the official gate of the main entry on Salah Salem Road.

The investment area overlooks Ain Al-Hayat Lake, and includes a group of restaurants, cafeterias, and a shopping mall.

The park has more than 14 gates (main and secondary gates).

It has been taken into account that the green areas are large compared to the buildings area.

The cost of the project is 6 billion pounds.
