Fuss over corona video from Hardenberg secondary school: ‘Play intended’ | Inland

Opponents speak of ‘great pedagogical ignorance’ and ‘disgusting indoctrination’, while proponents argue that it is innocent ‘irony and satire’, according to the regional newspaper Tubantia.

In the video (see below), the students are lined up as suspects in a criminal case. A dog sniffs at the youngsters and immediately picks someone out: the smallest of the bunch, a boy with blond hair and glasses.

The child is then literally thrown out of school and disinfected in a Chinese way, can be seen in the images that were put online shortly after the autumn holidays.

The video is part of a larger campaign called Consciously Distance Learning (BAL). “That is to get the corona measures to the attention of the students. It’s meant to be fun, ”says a school spokesperson. “We do not give in to the criticism and do not take him offline.”
