In the United States, in the Carowinds park, Fury 325, aka one of the largest rollercoasters in the country, had to be urgently closed after a huge crack was filmed… while people were in the attraction!
The main fear you can have in an attraction is that the security system fails. Even that the merry-go-round derails. Here is simply the complete structure of Fury 325 which showed more than worrying signs. As you can see in the video below, a giant crack was spotted even as the attraction continued to spin. Worse, it would have taken an hour before Carowinds finally decided to close its attraction, says Jeremy Wagner, a visitor to the park and the source of the discovery.

Fury 325 is not just any rollercoaster. This giant, located in Carowinds Park since 2015, is a Bolliger & Mabillard roller coaster known and acclaimed by fans of sensational attractions around the world. Members of the specialist site Captain Coaster place the thing squarely as the 9th best roller coaster in the world with a score of 99.3 out of 100. Amusement Today even elected the ride as the best steel roller coaster in the world.
