Elon Musk’s futuristic pickup has landed in our country.
The sea capital Varna will be the first city in Bulgaria, on whose streets the Tesla Cybertruck will move.
From photos sent to BGNES, it is clear that one of Musk’s electric cars is already in Bulgaria and its registration is pending.
Loaded on a Roadside Assistance truck, the “cyber truck” was brought from the land of unlimited possibilities and is second-hand, judging by the license plate. In the back, the car is branded with a logo of a Varna site.
BGNES recalls that the Tesla Cybertruck was presented relatively recently – in the summer of 2023 and was feeding large orders. In July last year, Elon Musk’s company reported a surge in second-quarter profit as a series of price cuts led to a sharp increase in car sales, but a few months later enthusiasm dried up over the production of battery cells for the silver pickup truck. Musk himself admitted: “We dug our own grave with Cybertruck.”
In April 2024, Tesla announced a recall of all 3,878 Cybertruck electric pickup trucks sold to date to fix a defect in the accelerator pedal that could cause the vehicle to become uncontrollable at high speeds.
Just a month ago, streamer Adin Ross presented Donald Trump with a Tesla Cybertruck emblazoned with the former president’s photo taken moments after an assailant shot him at a rally in Pennsylvania.
